BISMARCK, ND – The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency is inviting the public to comment on a proposed Substantial Amendment to the Annual Action Plan of the State’s Consolidated Plan. The hearing will be held at NDHFA’s office, 2624 Vermont Ave., Bismarck, ND at 10 a.m. on June 29, 2016.
The Plan serves as the state’s grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME, National Housing Trust Fund (Fund) and Emergency Solutions Grants programs.
The purpose of the Substantial Amendment is to set forth the procedures and criteria that NDHFA, as the appointed administrator of the Fund, will follow when the Fund resources are allocated to owners and developers of rental housing pursuant to 24 CFR 91 and 93.
The draft allocation plan for the Fund is available online at www.ndhfa.org.
Either written or oral comments will be accepted at the hearing. Individuals who are unable to attend may submit written comments to firstname.lastname@example.org or NDHFA, PO Box 1535, Bismarck, ND 58502-1535 by 5 p.m. on June 28, 2016.
