Housing Development Officer Sylvia Burgess and Housing Program Technician Karen Skjonsby both recently retired from North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA).
“It has been a privilege to work with Sylvia and Karen, and we are grateful for their years of service to the state of North Dakota,” said Jolene Kline, NDHFA executive director.
As a member of the planning and housing development division staff, Burgess was primarily responsible for development and implementation of NDHFA’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit program’s allocation plan. She worked at the agency for nine years.
Skjonsby had been with the state since 1987. She worked in NDHFA’s property management division with the Moderate Rehabilitation program and served as the administrative assistant for the agency’s Fargo field office.
Burgess and Skjonsby’s last days were April 30 and May 1, respectively.
