Jan Fischer, loan servicing coordinator at North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA), recently retired after sixteen years with the state.
In 1997, Fischer joined NDHFA as a full-time temp in the servicing department. Later, she became special programs coordinator working with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Housing Counseling Grants and NDHFA’s Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance and Helping HAND programs. For the last seven years, Fischer has served as the agency’s loan servicing coordinator overseeing the mortgage loan servicing department.
“I have truly enjoyed my job,” said Fischer. “When I became loan servicing coordinator, it was gratifying to know that I had the support of the upper management and I have always had a wonderful staff to work with.”
Fischer’s last day was October 4, 2013.
