North Dakota Housing Finance Agency Hires

NDHFA hires Henderson as housing outreach officer.

BISMARCK, ND – Jennifer Henderson was recently hired by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) as housing outreach officer in the agency’s planning and housing development division. She will be responsible for researching funding sources, reviewing market studies, identifying community needs, developing local housing strategies, and providing development guidance.

“It is exciting to see the growth in our state. I understand that the need for affordable housing is an important part of that growth and is an issue in every part of our state,” said Henderson. “I am excited to be able to be a part of the solution.”

Prior to coming to work at NDHFA, Henderson was employed with American Bank Center as a compliance review officer.

NDHFA also welcomes Gretchen Vetter as a loan collections officer and Linda Backman as an account/budget specialist. Vetter comes to the agency from CenturyLink where she worked as a credit and collections specialist. Backman rejoins the agency, she was previously employed by NDHFA from 1988-2004.

NDHFA is a public financial institution dedicated to making housing affordable for all North Dakotans. The Industrial Commission of North Dakota, consisting of Governor Jack Dalrymple, who serves as chairman, Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring and Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, oversees the NDHFA.
